Subscription 101

We offer a fully flexible subscription service with adjustable charge dates, delivery schedules and no contract tying you in. Find out below how every aspect of the service works!

Your Account

Your account area is where all of your previous orders can be seen, including what you are and aren't subscribed to. You access this by clicking the account icon in the top banner on the website.

If you have issues trying to log in or there is a message saying 'there is no account associated with this email address', it's likely the you checked out as a guest when you first placed your subscription order. Simply email in to cs@mancaveinc.com and our team will be able to send you an activation invite.

To manage your subscription, including changing your delivery address, cancelling a subscription to a particular product and adding a product to your subscription, you simply click 'Manage Subscriptions' in the top left corner of your account.

Managing Your Subscription

Changing your address: Your address appears at the top of your subscriptions, simply clicking 'edit' to the right will allow you to input your new address.

Cancelling a product: The products you're subscribed to will be listed in rows below the 'product' title on this page, to cancel any product, simply click 'cancel' on the far right next to the desired product. It will then take you through to choose a reason for the cancellation and then an option to delay if needed, simply follow the instructions.

Editing your Delivery Schedule and Charge Dates: Clicking 'delivery schedule' will take you through to more options for your subscription (as seen below).

Skipping a product: In the delivery schedule tab, you can see the next 6 months worth of your orders. If there is a product in your subscription that you don't need on a particular order, but still wish to be subscribed to, simply click 'skip' next to the product you wish to skip on the correct order.

Editing your subscriptions: Simply click 'edit' next to the product you wish to change on the far right. This will take you through to a new window (as seen below):

ALWAYS CHANGE THE DELIVERY SCHEDULE BEFORE THE CHARGE DATE.

Changing your delivery schedule: Simply click 'change delivery schedule' to choose from 2 weeks up to 16 weeks. Each product can have a different schedule e.g. you might need a moisturiser every 4 weeks, but a shower gel every 2 weeks. Just make sure each order that goes through is above the £10 order value for free shipping.

Changing your quantity: Simply click 'change product quantity' to choose how many of that product you wish to receive in your order.

Changing your charge date: Once you have altered your delivery schedule, you can then choose a charge date for your orders to be taken on. This will be when the payment is taken and the order will be processed within our warehouse.

Changing your payment method: Simply click 'billing information' in the left hand menu panel, this will take you through to a page to allow you to update your payment information. All further subscriptions will be taken through this payment method until it is changed.

Changing your delivery address: You can also change your shipping address here, click 'edit' underneath where your address is to alter.

Cancelling a product: To cancel this product, simply click 'cancel' at the very bottom of the page. It will then take you through to choose a reason for the cancellation and then an option to delay if needed, simply follow the instructions.
