4. When you’ve earned enough points, you can unlock a voucher to spend. Click ‘redeem’ to reveal a code that can be used on your next order like a discount code.

How many vouchers can I redeem per order?

You can redeem one voucher per order.

Do my points expire?

Yes, you have 1 year from the date that your points are rewarded to use them up before they expire. We will send you an email to let you know that they're expiring soon if that's the case

How do I earn points for leaving a product review?

In order for you to earn points, you need to head the relevant product page, click on the reviews section and select the 'Write a Review' option.

Please note that you can only earn points when you leave a product review directly on our website, and unfortunately we aren't able to award points for reviews left on Trustpilot.

How many points do I get for each product?

If you’re in the Bronze tier, you earn 5 points per £1 spent online. For silver tiers it’s 6 points per £1 and 7 points per £1 for gold.

How do I view my points balance?

Head to the Rewards section of the website to find out how many points you have to redeem (click here)

How much are my points worth?

Every 100 points saves you £1 on your next order, so 500 points = £5. Don’t worry, we work all of this out for you with our easy to redeem vouchers to the value of £5, £10 or £15.

How do I redeem my points?

When you have at least 500 points to spend on an order, you can redeem them by heading to the Rewards section of the website (click here)

(Please note points can't be redeemed in combination with promo codes or on Sale items.)

How do I join?

To join Loyalty Points, you simply need to create an account with us (which you’ll automatically receive 250 points for). If you already have an account then you will already be automatically enrolled and can get started on earning those points!
