Politique de remboursement

Whilst we do our best to ensure all items are dispatched correctly and in perfect condition, on rare occasions we may get it wrong or items may be damaged in transit or perhaps are defective. Because these items are damaged or defective or we have made an error, we will refund in full; the item, the delivery charges levied by us when taking your order and your return postage costs. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return postage, except where the item we sent you was damaged or defective on receipt or there was an error on our part.

Once we have received your items securely packaged with a copy of your invoice we will refund your payment of the goods within 14 working days.
