How do I join the loyalty program?
Creating an account is all it takes! Once you're signed up, you'll start earning credits right away.
How can I earn credits?
You can earn credits by signing up, making purchases, referring friends, celebrating your birthday, and more. Check here for all the ways to earn credits.
How do I redeem my credits?
Log in to your account and visit the Mancave rewards page to redeem your credits for a discount on your next purchase.
Is there a minimum number of credits I need before I can redeem them?
Yes - you must have at least £5 in your balance to redeem your credits for a discount code. You can check your balance any time on the rewards page.
Can I earn credits on sale or discounted items?
Yes! Credits are earned based on the amount you pay, so discounted purchases still count.
Can I earn credits on purchases I made before joining?
Unfortunately, credits can't be added to orders placed before you joined the program.
Where can I see my credits balance?
Log in to your account and your credits balance will be right at the top of the page.
Do my credits expire?
Yes. Your credits will expire after 12 months if they are not used.
Do my rewards expire?
Nope! Once a reward is activated in your account, it's yours to keep.
Can I use my credits alongside a discount code?
Yes! You can use your credits alongside most sales and promo codes.
What happens to my credits if I return a purchase?
Credits earned on a returned order will be deducted from your account once the return has been processed.
When do I get my birthday reward?
Your birthday reward is added to your account on your birthday, though if you enter your birthday within 1 day of the date, the reward will be issued on your next birthday instead.
I forgot to use my credits at checkout. Can I apply them retroactively?
Unfortunately not! Credits can only be applied before an order is completed.
