1. THE PROMOTER AND COMPETITION
The promoter is ManCave Ltd (the “Promoter”), 1 Brunel Parkway, Pride Park, Derby, DE24 8HR
The title of the competition is the ‘Re-energise Your Routine with ManCave’ competition.
From 14th January to 23rd January 2022, we will be offering a range of prizes to those who join our Strava challenge, join the ManCave Strava Club and enter the competition on our website. The challenge will run on Strava, however the competition is operated by ManCave.
- HOW TO ENTER THE COMPETITION
2.1 The competition will be open to enter from 00:01 on 14th January 2022 (the “Opening Date”) to 23:59 26th January 2022 (the “Closing Date”).
2.2 No purchase necessary to enter or to win the Competition and any purchase made will not increase the chance of winning.
2.3 To enter the competition:
2.4.1 Complete the ManCave Re-Energise Your Routine Challenge on Strava. This will entitle you to receive 40% off a single order from the ManCave website; www.mancaveinc.com. This discount does not apply to purchases made through third party stockists including Amazon and will not work in conjunction with any other discounts, promoted products or bundles.
2.4.2 Enter the competition on the ManCave website at https://www.mancaveinc.com/pages/strava-reenergise-your-routine-challenge by submitting your email address and full name as it appears on Strava.
2.4.5 Any competition entries after the Closing Date are not eligible to win the competition.
2.4.6 By submitting your entry, you agree (a) that the Promoter may make your entry available in any media and in connection with any publicity of the competition and you grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable licence, for the full period of any intellectual property rights in the competition entry to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store, re-format and sub-licence the competition entry for such purposes, and (b) to be bound by these terms and conditions.

- ELIGIBILITY
3.1 The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
3.2 In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition. You should print and retain a copy of these T&Cs for reference
3.3 Employees of ManCave, their families, and ManCave stockists, are not eligible to enter the competition
3.4 Any breach of these T&Cs may result in a prize being forfeited, at ManCave's sole discretion.
3.5 Only entries that have been completed in full with the entry mechanic will be entered into the competition (joined the Strava challenge, joined the ManCave Strava Club AND entered via the form on the ManCave website). The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for late, lost, delayed or damaged entries and cannot be held responsible for any inability to submit entries as a result of computer service, systems and/or server failure, error, interruption, defect or delay or any other technical malfunction.
3.6 The Challenge starts and ends based on each runner's local time zone. Manual entries, treadmill runs, or runs marked 'Private' will not count towards the Entrant's Challenge effort. All activities logged during the Challenge period must be uploaded to Strava no later than three days after the Challenge ends.
- WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT AND PRIZE
4.1 The winners will be selected within 7 working days of the competition period ending - the Closing Date. The Promoter will contact the winner via the platform used for entry as soon as is practicable after the winner is selected.
4.2 There will be 1 first prize winner and 10 daily prize winners. Winners will be selected at random from the total list of entries.
4.3 The 1st prize is £1000+ worth of training gear, consisting of: HUUB Seamless Training Top, HUUB 2-in-1 Training Shorts, HUUB Twin Pack of Running Socks, HUUB Seamless Training Hoodie, Montane Gecko VP 20+, Wahoo Element Rival Multisport GPS Watch, HOKA Trainers + ManCave Skincare and Shower products. Winners must provide their preferred sizes and products will be sent at contributing brands' discretion.
4.4 The daily prizes will be given out to 10 people on the 10 days that the competition runs (from the Opening Date to the Closing Date). These will be surprise gifts from ManCave range.
4.5 There is no cash alternative for the prize, and provision of the prize is not negotiable or transferable.
4.6 The prize is stock dependent. If out of stock, we will offer a prize of similar value from the ManCave (and other contributing brands) product list that is in stock, or the winner can choose to wait until the item is back in stock.
- DATA PROTECTION
By entering the promotion, you agree that any personal information provided by you may be held and used by ManCave for the purpose of keeping you updated about news, offers and advice. ManCave will never share your personal data with any third parties. All personal data is stored using secure, password protected software.
- GENERAL
6.1 The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
6.2 The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
