 Will I get an order confirmation?

Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an email containing all of your order details. If you see something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting and we will do our best to ensure that the issue is rectified as soon as possible. 

Can I return my products if I'm not happy with them?

We understand that we can’t please everyone, no matter how much we'd like to. That’s why we offer a 14 day returns guarantee: If for any reason you’re unhappy with your purchase it can be returned, unopened and in it’s original condition, within 14 days of the date you received it and you’ll receive a refund for the goods purchased. What forms of payment do you accept?

We want to make sure you checkout experience is as smooth as it can be, therefore we accept most methods of payment including Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard & PayPal.

My discount code isn't working what should I do?

Don’t Panic! Get in touch with us and we will check it out for you. Providing there is no expiry date to the discount code we will be sure to rectify this or get a new code out to you.

How do I change/cancel my order?

If you have an issue with your order just get in touch with us through the Contact Us page and we will do our best to rectify this for you. Try and get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can get the issue resolved before it leaves the warehouse.
