Tommy Potterton:

Meet Tommy Potterton, Surf Coach and Nature Enthusiast who spends his days in Nosara, Costa Rica. Born in Cornwall, Tommy relocated to the “Living Eden” and shares his love for adventure and the natural world with ManCave.

Tommy prepares for a day of surf coaching with a relaxing morning routine, taking time in the shower with calming products before checking the weather and the waves for the day.

Tommy’s philosophy is about doing what you love, taking time for yourself and creating a daily routine that focuses on surfing, studying wildlife and rescuing stray dogs.

Tommy's adventurous and active lifestyle in Costa Rica means he is often exposed to the elements on a daily basis.
